A recording of this event is now available for viewing.

It's already sparked major interest and no wonder. In keeping with our longstanding leadership in food safety from the fields to the dinner table, PMA invites you to take advantage of an extremely critical and timely Webinar -- Food Safety for Foodservice Operators and Distributors. This Webinar will be free for foodservice operators and distributors.

This is your opportunity to get the latest information on today's food safety rules and regulations, along with critical updates in legislation pertaining to specific produce commodities. Leading experts will also answer your questions on vital subjects such as:

  • Regulatory and legislative updates on food safety
  • Current requirements of buyers
  • How new and pending changes will affect your business
  • Critical new perspectives on food safety challenges and opportunities
  • Innovative solutions that address today's prominent food safety issues and concerns
  • Full supply chain traceability and how it works and it can be implemented within the Best Practices Framework established last year by PMA and the Canadian Produce Marketing Association.

Who Should Attend?
Foodservice operators, chefs, and distributors as well as anyone in the company who handles food safety, quality assurance, menu development, and training.

It's the in-depth industry you need, exactly when you need it… and in the privacy of your office or conference room. We look forward to your joining us.
